Product Availability and Stock

Products listed on iPremier.lk may not always be available. In case a product is out of stock after a purchase, you will be notified, and a refund will be issued if payment has been made. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, which acknowledges receipt but does not confirm the acceptance of your order. The order will only be processed once the product is confirmed to be in stock.

Product Delivery

Orders placed outside Kurunegala will be delivered via a third-party courier. Upon receiving your product, inspect it thoroughly. If the product is damaged or missing parts, inform the delivery person immediately and refuse acceptance. If you accept the product, we consider it to be in good condition.

Warranty

Each product’s warranty details are provided on the product page. iPremier.lk offers warranties for branded products as per the terms mentioned on your invoice. The warranty covers manufacturer defects only and is subject to specific conditions. Any claims made outside of the warranty period will not be accepted, and repair costs for damages are the responsibility of the customer.

Devices with water, physical, or burn damage are not eligible for warranty. If the device is iCloud-locked, jailbroken, or rooted, the warranty will be void.

Returns and Exchanges

iPremier.lk does not accept refunds for a change of mind. However, if the product is defective, it can be returned for an exchange. To return an item, please contact customer service at +94762370159 for instructions. The returned product must be securely packaged and include the purchase invoice.
