Returns and Refunds

At iPremier.lk, we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, refunds are not accepted for change of mind. If you experience any malfunctions or defects with a product, you are eligible for an exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at +94 76 237 0159 Once you receive instructions, ensure that the item is securely packaged in its original packaging along with the purchase invoice. This is particularly important for returns sent via courier.

You will be responsible for covering all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

Please allow a minimum of 7 business days for processing once we receive and inspect the returned item. If the product is defective or damaged, we will arrange for either a refund or exchange, depending on the circumstances.

Please note that items such as tempered glass and phone covers are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
